challenge card

I made last night this card for the Cornish Heritage Farms Summer Design Challenge. We had to make a paperpiecing with one of their stamps. I used an Easter stamp set, but I think you can use this stamp for more than that.....

Gisteravond laat deze kaart nog gemaakt voor de challenge van Cornish Heritage Farms Summer Design Challenge. We moesten een paperpiecing maken van een stempel. Heb er zelfs een paasstempel voor gebruikt, maar toch is deze stempel wel voor meer doeleinden geschikt...

Sketch card

I had to make a card, using this sketch:

Het was weer weekend, dus er was weer een sketch te maken bij de Kaartenmakers Yahoogroup.

And this is what I came up with:

En dit is dan het resultaat van deze, erg leuke sketch.

I am not totally satisfied, but haven't time to make a new one.
I have used my Cougar for cutting the leaves. I really like that pattern, and I have already used it very often.

Alhoewel de sketch erg leuk was, ben ik niet helemaal tevreden met het resultaat, maar heb helaas geen tijd meer om een nieuwe kaart te maken.
Heb bij deze kaart wel weer mijn Cougar gebruikt, de tak met blaadjes heb ik hiermee gesneden. Dit patroon vind ik echt super, heb het al verschillende keren gebruikt.

Mojo Monday sketch #94

Finished today finally the cards for the sketch on Mojo Monday.

I really liked this sketch, so I made 4 (!) cards, with the same dessin paper from Imaginsce ( This was a Valentine line from last year. ) and I also used for all of the cards the same sketch.

Vandaag eindelijk de sketch van Mojo Monday gemaakt. Heb er maar gelijk 4 gemaakt, was zo lekker bezig.... Allemaal met dezelfde sketch, en hetzelfde dessinpapier van Imaginisce ( een valentijnslijn van vorig jaar.)

My deer friend

Finished today this card, for the weekendsketch on a Yahoo group I belong. I used a stamp from Cornish Heritage Farms, from the Kim Hughes collection. ( although it's a christmas set, I used it for a card for a friend of mine...) And with the use of some normal paper, it doesn't look like a christmas card....

Heb vandaag ondanks de warmte toch nog deze weekend sketch kunnen maken. Deze stempel is van Cornish Heritage Farms, van de Kim Hughes collection. Het is eigenlijk een kerstset, maar met papier van My Minds Eye, lijkt het toch niet op een kerstkaart, en kun je het zo ook gebruiken....

Mojo Monday sketch #93

I have made today the sketch for this week from the blog Mojo Monday, a thank you card. Again I used some already stamped images. And than I thought I had the right paper, to combine with. The new Doodlebug papers. I really love this line of paper, so cute...

Ik heb vandaag weer de sketch voor het Mojo Monday blog gemaakt. Ook bij deze kaart heb ik een stempelafdruk gebruikt, die ik al een hele tijd had liggen. Ooit eens gestempeld, maar nooit opgemaakt... En natuurlijk past het nieuwe Doodlebug papier er perfect bij. Dit is dus echt een super lijn, super cute....

Yes I know, I am a little behind, but on the last day of the week, I have made this sketch for Mojo Monday.

Ja, ik ben een beetje laat, op de laatste dag van de week, heb ik nog even de sketch van Mojo Monday gemaakt.

It wasn't an easy one, but finally, I am happy with the result.

Het was niet zo'n makkelijke sketch, tenminste voor mij niet, maar uiteindelijk ben ik wel tevreden met het resultaat.

I was looking on You Tube for some inspiration, and than I found a great tutorial about tying perfect knots.

Ik was op YouTube aan het zoeken naar leuke filmpjes voor inspiratie, en toen vond ik dit leuk lesje over het knopen van perfecte knopen in lint.
